We’ve seen a lot of insane car videos. Granted, most of them are crashes or somebody acting out as a result of road rage. This video, however, is none of those, yet it is still insane and wildly entertaining.
Called Gymkhana Five, it’s the fifth installment of the series created by DC Shoe’s Ken Block. The mind boggling drifts, turns, and burn-outs that you’re about to witness all take place on the streets of San Francisco. It would seem that the entire shoot was completed in one take, but something tells us they filmed different pieces possibly over the course of a number of days. Nevertheless, that hardly takes away from the video’s compelling and raw nature. Given half the chance we’d sit shotgun.
Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."
